Privacy Policy
Effective July 19, 2026
Tidy Calm is a puzzle game with no user account, advertising, or cross-app tracking. Game progress is stored on the device and may sync to the player's private iCloud account when Game Center and iCloud Drive are available. Optional pseudonymous analytics and crash diagnostics are sent to Google Firebase only after the player opts in.
Game data
Completed levels, unlocked drawer styles, streaks, settings, hint counts, statistics, and an unfinished drawer are stored locally so the game can resume. Deleting the app removes the local copy. If the player signs in to Game Center and enables iCloud Drive, Tidy Calm sends an encoded saved game containing progress and preferences to the player's private iCloud account. An available saved game can restore progress after reinstalling. Cloud saving is optional and local play remains available without it.
Analytics
Analytics is off by default. If the player opts in, Firebase Analytics records gameplay events such as onboarding progress, puzzle starts and completions, hints, undo, rotation attempts, and the selected game mode and difficulty. It may also automatically record app lifecycle events, screen views, and StoreKit purchase events, including product ID, product name, and price. Firebase receives a Firebase installation identifier, basic app and device information, and an approximate region derived from a masked IP address. This data is used to understand feature usage and improve Tidy Calm. It is not used for advertising or tracking across apps or websites, and Tidy Calm does not send Firebase the player's name or email address.
Crash reports
Crash reporting is off by default. If the player opts in, Firebase Crashlytics receives crash stack traces, exception or signal details, app version, operating system and device details, memory and storage state, timestamps, and installation and session identifiers. Recent Analytics events may be attached as breadcrumbs showing actions immediately before a crash. This information is used to diagnose and fix reliability problems. Google states that Crashlytics retains crash stack traces and associated identifiers for 90 days before the removal process begins.
Purchases
If you choose the one-time Endless Mode purchase, Apple processes the payment. RevenueCat processes anonymous purchase history for receipt validation, entitlement delivery, fraud prevention, and aggregate purchase analytics. Tidy Calm does not provide RevenueCat with your name or email address, does not link this purchase history to your real-world identity, and does not use it to track you across apps or websites.
Game Center
If the player signs in to Apple Game Center, Apple provides Tidy Calm with authenticated player status, processes achievement progress, and stores the optional iCloud saved game described above. Tidy Calm does not receive the player's Apple ID email address. Game Center and cloud saving are governed by Apple's privacy policy and device settings.
Choices, retention, and deletion
Analytics and crash reporting are optional. They can be enabled or disabled at any time under Analytics & Diagnostics in Tidy Calm Settings. Disabling them stops future collection by Tidy Calm. Local game data is retained until the app is deleted. The optional iCloud saved game may remain after deletion and can be managed through the player's Apple iCloud and Game Center settings. Purchase records are retained by Apple and RevenueCat as needed to provide and restore the lifetime entitlement. Firebase and RevenueCat retain information according to their published policies and configured retention periods.
Players may contact Tidy Calm support to ask a privacy question or request deletion of data controlled by Tidy Calm. Requests concerning private iCloud data, App Store transactions, Firebase, or RevenueCat may also require the account and privacy controls provided by those services.
Tidy Calm requires service providers that process app data, including Firebase and RevenueCat, to provide the same or equivalent protection described in this policy and required by applicable platform rules.

Changes
If this policy changes, the effective date above will be updated. Material changes will also be reflected in the policy shown inside the app.
